I wanted to share some of the resources relating to mental health either I have used or others have recommended to me or I have just found when researching different aspects of my own journey.

Mindfulness Apps
Headspace
Is a mediation app, to help with mindfulness for children and adults. It has videos, podcasts as well as guided exercises for meditation.
You can get 14 days free and there is a subscription element but its been helping me for a few years now.

Balance
An app based on providing audio meditation and guidance.
Last time I used this you could sign up for free for a year before needing to pay for anything.

Calm
An app to help with sleep, anxiety and to help improve focus.
Not one I have used personally but I many have recommended it.

Sanvello
An app that as well as offering meditation and soundscapes also allows you to journal your feelings, create hope boards and list your accomplishments.
